The Shankill Graveyard is also known as the Shankill Rest Garden some of the head stones are now totaly unreadable,some of the oldest graves date back to the 1700's.

One of the war graves dates from the first world war and it contains the remains of a boy who was only 15 years old when he was killed serving in the R.A.F.
