Saint George's market is on the edge of Belfast city centre, the market building is a listed building and it has recently been refurbished, the first floor is now a resturant area and the bottom section has been let out as small units the market proper is open on Friday as a variety market. Across the road from St George's market was Allam's Market this is where the Hilton Hotel is now, this market dealt in cattle and livestock.
